**What will you be doing?**
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be empowered to create memorable guest experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure, in fact for the entire guest journey! Your responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and personalised welcome
- Efficiently checking guests in and out
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Working as part of a professional team to deliver on Hilton's promise to provide the most friendly and reliable stays
**What are we looking for?**
