* Maintain proactive and positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.

* Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules and document actions in alignment with the Head Contract.

* Take ownership and responsibility for costs and budget outcomes, having current knowledge of all project financial aspects.
", "
* Support Project Managers and Site Managers to determine and communicate an effective request for information (RFI) management process with subcontractors.
", "
* Ensure project document control meets contract requirements, including drawings, specifications and reports.
", "
* Develop budget targets identifying key risks and opportunities for best commercial outcomes in consultation with Project Managers.
", "
* Manage and maintain cost control software, including budget entry, commitments, forecasting, variations, payments and coding invoices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

", "
* You should have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
", "
* You need strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive outcomes.
", "
* You must be able to influence and build commercially beneficial relationships with project stakeholders.
", "
* You should be able to act decisively and problem solve effectively.
", "
* Prior experience working for a commercial builder delivering projects of similar size and scope is desirable.
