About the Role Are you passionate about Community Services? As demand for our Community Services and Alcohol & Other Drugs courses grows, Partners in Training Australia is seeking qualified and enthusiastic Trainers and Assessors to deliver our nationally accredited courses. You will deliver training programs on site at our Shepparton campus and surrounding areas to students interested in working in the community services sector. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver engaging training and assessment in line with ASQA and RTO standards. Maintain all assessment and training documentation to compliance standards. Support and mentor students to help them achieve successful learning outcomes. Provide timely and accurate data and reports to the Coordinator as required. Monitor and evaluate training delivery to ensure high-quality support and service. Stay up to date with training packages and industry standards to keep your teaching current and compliant. Continuously review and refine your training methods to deliver high-quality, relevant learning experiences.
