Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Oracle/Salesforce Sales Executive to join our growing practice in Brisbane. This role will focus on new business development and driving growth of the DXC brand, primarily across QLD. In joining DXC, you'll be joining a market leading team who are delivering cutting edge projects across the ANZ region. Working closely with Industry account teams, across existing executive engagements and with our Oracle and Salesforce partner teams to drive new business growth.
The skills you will bring
* Motivated and proactive professional with previous experience in end‑to‑end sales within Salesforce or equivalent and IT industry, including a minimum of 3‑5 years face‑to‑face selling experience.
* Demonstrated ability to handle revenue responsibility and meet annual financial goals.
* A strong customer‑centric approach and ability to network across a complex organisation.
* Skills in managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales), forecasting precisely and identifying challenges to a positive commercial outcome.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy in designated territories and work with both vendor and Industry teams to execute.
* Proactively create new services opportunities in both new and installed base.
* Arrange and conduct customer meetings, serve as trusted advisor by understanding a customer's existing and future digital transformation roadmap and driving the sales.
* Strong networking skills and industry experience.
* You will be an organised, confident and a self‑sufficient operator who easily builds relationships with key decision makers, with the ability to map solutions and offerings to client challenges.
* Ability to drive new business and get engaged with lead generation.
* Liaising with solution consultants to drive correct business outcomes.
* Desire to be involved in a rapidly growing business and take a leadership role in helping it thrive.
* Strong personality motivated by continual improvement and self‑development.
* Desire and drive to network, outside of business hours where required.
* Ability to travel as required.
