About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a part time Medical Receptionist to join our Clayfield team. Must be available to work Thursday and Friday.
You Will
* Handle all face-to-face and over the phone patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries as the first point of contact within the clinic.
* Receive payments, issue receipts, complete all billing and invoicing for patients.
* Operate our booking system.
* Assist with any back office activities as required, such as outbound calls, data entry and reporting as delegated by your manager.
About You
Alongside your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you also have:
* The ability to work flexible hours.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care.
* Be able to balance competing priorities and tasks whilst maintaining a timely service.
* Have the ability to adapt to varying databases/systems.
* Previous experience as a receptionist (experience in medical or health care desirable).
