Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Enrolments Officer to join our Support Office team in Ryde. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday. We offer a collaborative Support Office environment, regular team events, and daily lunch in the office.
This is not a typical admin role. It is a sales-focused position where your ability to engage families, manage enquiries, and convert leads into enrolments directly impacts centre occupancy.
What this role actually looks like
You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries and guiding families through the enrolment process. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding family needs, and converting interest into confirmed enrolments.
* Manage a high volume of enquiries via phone and email
* Build rapport with families and understand their needs
* Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrolments
* Handle objections confidently, including fees and availability
* Manage your pipeline and keep accurate records in the CRM
* Work closely with centres to support occupancy growth

About you
* Experience in a sales, customer service, or enrolments-focused role
* Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
* Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach
* Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
* Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
* Experience in childcare or early learning is highly regarded, but not essential.
