We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pedagogy & Practice Manager to lead educational excellence across our growing portfolio of services. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about curriculum, intentional teaching, reflective practice, and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children.
What This Role Looks Like
As our Pedagogy & Practice Manager, you will:
* Lead and support high-quality pedagogical practices across all services
* Mentor and coach educators and Centre Directors to strengthen curriculum and teaching practices
* Drive reflective practice and continuous improvement aligned with the EYLF and NQF
* Support Assessment & Rating preparation and quality improvement planning
* Conduct centre visits, observations, and practice reviews
* Identify opportunities to enhance educational outcomes and educator capability
* Promote inclusive, engaging and child-led learning environments
* Support compliance and operational readiness while maintaining a strong focus on educational quality

About You
You are a confident educational leader who can inspire teams and elevate practice across multiple services.
To be successful, you will have:
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and National Regulations
* Demonstrated experience in educational leadership within early childhood education
* A genuine passion for pedagogy, curriculum, and educator development
* Experience supporting services through Assessment & Rating
* Strong mentoring, coaching, and relationship-building skills
* The ability to influence, guide, and motivate teams toward excellenceA collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
