We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre, admin or retail environment. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Previous government experience is not required but is an asset. The successful candidate will have previously worked in an office environment and have intermediate computer skills, including typing, using a mouse and monitor, and strong email etiquette.
They will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams, and have the ability to quickly learn new systems. Specific software training will be provided, but candidates must be technically savvy and able to pick up systems quickly.
