The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to commence a House Painter & Spray Painter Apprenticeship with one of our valued host employers based in Norwood. This role offers hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will receive training across all aspects of painting and spray painting, including:
* Preparing surfaces through sanding, masking, grinding, and rubbing down
* Mixing paints and coatings to specification
* Applying primers, topcoats, and finishes using spray equipment
* House painting and general finishing work
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Learning industry techniques and best practices on the job
What We're Looking For
* Commitment to completing a 48-month apprenticeship
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Physically fit and capable of manual work
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
