Naturopathic Health is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our natural health practice. This is a casual position with the potential for increased hours.
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate staff members
* Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
* Handling patient payments, bookkeeping, and general administrative duties
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
* Providing support to the clinical team as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a healthcare or wellness setting
* A minimum of 2+ years experience in customer service or receptionist roles is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using standard office software and technology
* Proficiency in appointment software is essential for managing bookings and schedules
* A genuine interest in natural health and wellness
