Your new companyYou will be working with an established private lender with direct access to strong warehouse funding, seeking for a Credit Assessor as part of their business expansion strategy.
Your new roleAs the Credit Assessor, you are tasked for full loan application assessment cycle ensuring all deal complies to company credit policy, commercial risk appetite, and compliance requirements. You will be working closely with the Business Development Manager, external parties, and internal credit committee of your analysis with clear communications and well-structured recommendations.
What you'll need to succeedAt least 2 years of credit assessment/analyst experience within business or commercial property loan applications (low docs and non-NCCP loans), within non-bank lending/private lending sectorProven ability to interpret financial statements, property evaluations, legal documents and lending security packagesExcellent attention to detail, writing skills and communication skillsCommercial mindset is an advantage to provide structured recommendation in complex applicationTeam work attitude with ability to work independently and meeting deadlines
