We are seeking a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation and Research professional to lead the MERL function and contribute to a world where people, communities and the planet thrive.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the Humanitarian Logistics Capability program's leadership, supporting program performance to ensure humanitarian supplies reach the right people, in the right way, at the right time.
* Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of the MERL Framework and Plan, providing strategic direction in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Manage a small team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
* Design and lead data collection approaches, particularly for 'last mile' distributions, ensuring diverse voices are captured.
About You
You're a seasoned MERL practitioner with a strong grasp of development standards and international priorities, particularly in the Pacific. With a background in humanitarian or development work, you bring proven experience leading small teams, delivering fit-for-purpose MERL frameworks, and translating evidence into meaningful program improvements.
