What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a tyre fitter or technician, particularly in commercial, fleet, and ag/machinery applications.
* Mobile service readiness: you must be able to work independently, travel effectively, and manage your tools and supplies on the go.
* Valid driver's license must be manual & Light Rigid.
* Forklift or heavy machinery experience is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and a customer-focused attitude.
What You'll Do
* Attend to mobile fitments for commercial and fleet vehicles across the Sunshine Coast, including vans, light trucks, trailers, tractors, and farm machinery.
* Perform tyre replacements, rotations, pressure adjustments, and emergency repairs on-site; including farms, construction sites, and outlying properties.
* Manage tyre inventories and toolkits in your service vehicle.
* Maintain accurate service records, job completion notes, and customer communications.
* Deliver outstanding, friendly, and professional service in line with Performance Tyres' reputation.
