Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge Required
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or a related field
* Enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with major technology programs
* Integration and interface experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft or other solutions
* Hands-on experience in planning, evaluating, overseeing, and configuring the integration of technological systems
* Extensive knowledge of integration files formats and canonical
* structures transmission protocols, and transformation technologies
* Ability to understand and be responsive to customer needs and to advocate for customer success
* Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform
* Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team and a willingness to take ownership of problems
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills - must be able to deliver workshops and strategize at a C level.
Professional/technical skills
* Ability to translate Salesforce and CRM related data/facts/info into opportunities
* Expertise in drawing activity flow and architecture diagrams
* Ability to explain technical issues with non-technical personnel
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to have a presence in a meeting environment
* Ability to prepare and deliver workshops/training
Responsibilities / Duties
* Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis
* Document detailed business, functional & technical requirements and analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping
* Configuration of Salesforce.com and related third party application
* Assist project managers to manage delivery outcomes, time frames and change management processes
* Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship ensure satisfaction with services provided and identify opportunities for further growth
* Co-ordinate escalations to bring about resolution to meet client standards
* Always Promote the Company's business in a positive and professional manner
