Description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and business development activities.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Townsville region.

Job Offer

- Competitive salary of $77,760.00 plus 12% superannuation and additional benefits.
- Car allowance of $8,000 AUD to support your travel needs.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of up to $42,000 AUD to reward your hard work and success.
