The role of Senior Digital Test Manager is to oversee the successful delivery of a shared pathology service across Alfred and Monash Health. This involves leading quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolving issues that impede the testing effort.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing the test strategy and test plan
* Building up and leading the Testing resources to the success of project
* Defining the scope of testing within the context of each testing cycle
* Deploying and managing resources for testing
* Setting up and managing testing facilities, tools, practices and environments for large programs of work
* Applying the appropriate test measurements, metrics and reporting during the testing cycle
* Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given project
* Ability to work and adapt to a Vendors testing framework as required
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in Electronic Medical Record systems is highly desirable
* Demonstrated test management, test program and project management skills and extensive experience delivering test process implementation, reporting and evaluation of testing to ensure high quality deliverables
* Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary test team to deliver high quality, customer focused outcomes
* Highly self-managing and able to set and work towards deadlines/milestones, including the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes, to ensure outcomes are achieved
* Demonstrated staff performance management experience including building and maintaining high performance test teams, and the ability to foster a culture of learning
* Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting and public presentation, and the ability to communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
