The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Support Officer to join our team based in West Perth, WA. Reporting to the IT Lead we are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a drive to provide a high level of customer service. Duties include:
* Act as the first point of contact for internal support services to troubleshoot and problem solve requests
* Provide a high level of customer service in person, via telephone or remote login for employees out of the office
* Install and maintain computer networks and affiliated devices
* Adapt communication styles to individual users to effectively determine underlying issues, make a correct diagnosis and propose methods of resolution in a user-friendly manner.
* Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software
About You
Your genuine interest in IT, passion for helping people keep their technology running at its best and strong follow up, will make you successful in this role.
Your skills and experience in securing this role will require:
* Proven experience in a similar role with a background in general computer installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
* Ability to resolve IT requests relating to desktops, laptops and mobile devices including MDM, WiFi printers and AV equipment
* Knowledge of business applications including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
* Great customer service and ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines
* Cert IV or above in an I.T. qualification is highly desired
