Job Overview
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the company's liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management.
Responsibilities include owning the 16-week cash flow forecast, undertaking variance and data analysis to improve forecast accuracy, leading forecast review sessions with finance teams, managing group liquidity, preparing and delivering concise presentations to senior management, executing approved financial transactions, and acting as the first point of contact for FX counterparty relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools, along with familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Bloomberg, and Planning Analytics (TM1)
* Understanding of foreign exchange markets and instruments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders clearly
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
