Overview
Improvement Project Coordinator, Adult Sepsis Collaborative Project – Barwon Health. This temporary part-time role (32 hours per fortnight) leads the Safer Care Victoria funded Adult Sepsis Collaborative Project to improve sepsis recognition and timely management for adults presenting to Victorian hospitals in .
Responsibilities
Scope the project, develop the project plan, and coordinate quality improvement activities.
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assess current sepsis management across Barwon Health inpatient units and facilitate improvement activities to reduce patient harm from sepsis.
