Senior Process Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Process Engineer to lead our process engineering team at Christmas Creek. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering plant troubleshooting and optimisation initiatives to improve throughput, recovery and product quality.
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering, with significant experience in dry and wet mineral processing operations within large-scale processing plants. They will also possess strong understanding of metallurgical laboratory operations and testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and technical guidance
* Deliver plant troubleshooting and optimisation initiatives
* Support planned and unplanned shutdown activities
* Oversight of metallurgical laboratory operations
