Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
2. Supervise and lead cafe staff, including baristas, kitchen staff, and waitstaff.
3. Ensure that staff are trained in customer service, food handling, and safety procedures.
4. Provide motivation and support to ensure high performance and morale.
5. Customer Service:
6. Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
7. Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve them in a timely manner.
8. Monitor service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Operational Management:
10. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
11. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
12. Monitor cleanliness and organization of the cafe, ensuring all areas are well-kept and hygienic.
13. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
14. Financial Management:
15. Assist with managing cash registers and daily transactions.
16. Help track daily sales and prepare reports for the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
