Melbourne Apartment Hotel Managers
We are seeking a hands-on Hotel Manager to look after one of our nine apartment hotel buildings in Melbourne, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

The role
* This is a live-in position.
* Must have Hotel Management experience.
* Must be hands-on and be willing to work in every aspect of the business.
* Manage a small team of dedicated employees.
* Look after after the caretaking responsibilities as required.
* Operate the front desk for reservations, check-ins and check-outs as required.
* Attend to minor maintenance issues as required.
* Work with Landlords and OC on apartment or building issues.
* Work with corporate office to achieve desirable outcomes.
Ideal candidate
Using your experience in hospitality/building management, you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Property Management in the service apartment/hotel sector. You will provide creativity, a coaching style leadership ensuring employee development, and a willingness to support your team. We require our Property Managers to have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness under pressure with a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery. Attributes
* Be a hands-on leader who gets involved and is willing to motivate and support the entire team.
* Ideally have demonstrable knowledge of Strata Management and Owners Corporation matters.
* Experience with RMS is desirable.
