Base salary will be in the range $80,523 - $89,505 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5)We are seeking a motivated, organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director of the Queensland Brain Institute. You will provide high-level executive and administrative support, liaise with a range of stakeholders, problem-solve, schedule meetings and engagements, coordinate communications and travel, and support the overall function of the Queensland Brain Institute.Key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the Director’s day-to-day schedule, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficientlyProviding administrative and secretarial support to relevant boards and committees, including minute-taking at meetingsEnsuring executives are briefed on background information ahead of meetingsLiaising with and responding to enquiries from a range of internal and external stakeholdersOrganising relevant financials (e.g. managing reimbursements and other expenses, credit card reconciliation, and purchasing as required)About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
