Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* Collaborate with leadership teams to understand organizational goals and objectives.
* Design and implement comprehensive benefit programs to support employee well-being.
* Provide guidance and support to HR Coordinator/Generalist, management, and other staff members on complex HR issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a hotel or hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
