We're on the lookout for a proactive Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team at CSR Hebel in Somersby. This is a critical role supporting our 24/7 manufacturing operations — responsible for optimising preventative and predictive maintenance through best-in-class planning and SAP-based systems.
About The Role
As our new Maintenance Planner, you'll play a key role in delivering maintenance excellence. You will:
* Plan, schedule and coordinate all maintenance activities using SAP PM
* Drive short- and long-term planning strategies to reduce downtime and increase asset reliability
* Develop and refine task lists, project shutdowns and hazard rectification schedules
* Ensure optimal spare parts and contractor availability for planned works
* Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors, Production, and cross-functional teams
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and brings:
* Strong experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting (highly regarded)
* SAP PM proficiency (essential)
* Trade background or engineering qualification (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
