Leadership Opportunity: Inspire and Grow Your Team

This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we will ensure you are equipped to thrive in a leadership role.
You will work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
• 6:30-8:50 am (Rise then Shine)
• 3:00-6:00 pm (Stay and Play)
Block shifts in the school holidays (Holiday HQ program).

About the Role: Lead Your Team to Success
As an OSHC Coordinator, you will create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts – all designed to inspire and engage. You will take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks, all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you will have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
