As a Senior Process Operator (2IC) at our St Ives mine site, you'll be hands-on in day-to-day plant operations while providing vital support to the Process Shift Supervisor. It's a great opportunity to build your leadership skills and make a real impact on production performance.
This role is being offered on an 8:6/7:7 roster. You will be residential in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie. We provide transportation between Kalgoorlie and site is provided.
What you will be doing:
4. Support and provide coverage for the Shift Supervisor when required
5. Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and living our Vital Behaviours
6. Operate and monitor plant equipment across all processing areas
7. Coordinate daily work activities, including unplanned tasks, reports and checklists
8. Liaise with Metallurgy and Maintenance teams to optimise performance and resolve issues
9. Maintain accurate production data and shift reporting
10. Identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and team capability

About you:
* Experienced Process Operator with a background in mineral processing
* Confident team leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring others. Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate
* Would be advantageous
* Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving across plant operations
* Familiar with control room environments
* Strong communicator with solid computer skills (Word, Excel, databases)
* Holds a valid C Class Driver's Licence
