We're Looking For
A Strategic Partner Lead with a financial accounting background or finance transformation project experience to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and performance for Stockland's strategic partnership with TCS across core services including Finance and Legal on a 12 month FTC.
What You'll Do
* Evolve the enterprise vision, strategy, and transformation roadmap for Stockland's strategic partnership with TCS across allocated functions.
* Own and evolve the enterprise governance framework, including performance management, reporting, forums, and escalation pathways.
* Act as the primary point of contact for TCS on scope, governance, service delivery, and performance, ensuring alignment to Statements of Work and KPIs.
* Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on finance outcomes and enterprise value.
* Partner closely with Functional General Managers to understand challenges, manage risks and issues, and enable effective service delivery and change execution.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting, Business, Commercial Law, or a related discipline.
* Experience in engaging with enterprise level strategic partnerships or complex vendor relationships.
* Finance transformation, finance operations, or financial accounting experience within large or complex organisations.
* Strong governance, performance management, and escalation management capability.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, Statements of Work, and vendor performance.
