Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly organised Client Services Administrator with proven experience within an accounting firm to join a professional and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key role supporting client business services and managing end-to-end administrative and compliance processes, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Details
* Full-time, permanent position
* Office-based role (no WFH)
* Inner fringe Melbourne location
* Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 package (inclusive of super)
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a broad range of administrative and client support responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
* Manage high-volume client and third-party correspondence
* Liaise with the ATO via the ATO Portal
* Prepare and collate financial statements and tax returns
* Manage notices of assessment and compliance documentation
* Assist with monthly billing and end-of-month reporting
* Maintain client databases and internal systems
* Use DocuSign and electronic document management tools
* Provide diary and administrative support to Directors
* Coordinate meetings, events and internal communications
* Support reception and general office administration as required
About You – What You'll Bring
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured accounting environment.
* Proven experience within an accounting firm (essential)
* Strong understanding of ATO processes and compliance
* Experience with MYOB AE (highly regarded)
* XERO experience (advantageous)
* Familiarity with ASIC and ATO forms and portals
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* High level of professionalism and discretion
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working autonomously and taking ownership
