UniQuest is looking for a Training and Community Builder to lead the SHAPE Maker Hub - a dynamic platform empowering UQ's Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts researchers to create measurable societal and economic impact. About the Role
* design and deliver high-quality digital learning resources,
* implement strategies to grow and sustain an active online community of UQ SHAPE researchers, and
* collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Hub meets researcher needs.
About You
* Experience in instructional design and digital learning development
* Strong skills in online community management and engagement strategies
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
* Familiarity with learning technologies and content platforms
* Tertiary qualifications in a field relevant to the position
