Hotel Reservations Manager
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to manage individual bookings, handle high-volume inquiries, and take ownership of group bookings from contract to departure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage reservations data in our property management system, including payments, routing, and essential details.
* Build strong relationships with organisers, corporate clients, and travel partners.
* Liaise with all departments to execute arrivals, VIPs, and special requests flawlessly.
* Solve problems creatively, keeping the guest at the centre.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in hotel reservations or front office.
* Confident user of our property management system with strong administrative skills.
* Prior experience handling group bookings, payments, and third-party reservations.
* Calm, composed approach, even in busy situations.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational finesse.
* Warm, articulate communication skills (phone and written).
* Proactive mindset, taking ownership of tasks.
