This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional looking to build their leadership skills in a high-end dining environment. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting staff during shifts, and ensuring seamless dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities Assisting with the coordination of daily service operations (breakfast, dinner & minibar) Providing guidance and support to the front-of-house team during shifts Leading by example to uphold Bacchus' high service standards Enhancing the guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable service Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism Maintaining a strong understanding of our food, wine, and beverage offerings Ensuring compliance with RSA, WH&S, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards Skills & Attributes Minimum two years' à la carte restaurant experience Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive approach to teamwork RSA certification with a strong focus on safety and hygiene standards Passion for hospitality, with a keen interest in food, wine, and service excellence Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professionalism This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your hospitality career within a refined dining environment.
