This position operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, requiring full availability across all shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operations and deliver high-quality customer service with a strong client, public, and patient focus.Apply problem-solving, computer skills, and report-writing capabilities to support daily tasks.Lead small teams and provide after-hours helpdesk support.Understand and actively work toward KPI requirements.Manage access control systems (Siemens Sipass, NT, ACC) and operate CCTV platforms (Genetec, DVIS).
Qualifications and RequirementsFull Australian working rights.Victorian Security Licence (Control Room Endorsement is advantageous).
Certificate II in Security Operations or higher.First Aid & CPR.Employee Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain it.Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.Evidence of three COVID-19 vaccinations (highly regarded).
Proof of Hepatitis B serology showing immunity (minimum 10 mIU/mL).
Proof of Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccination or serology showing immunity.Evidence of two doses of Measles vaccine or serology showing immunity.Pertussis (Whooping Cough) booster within the last 10 years (vaccination required).
