A role built for operators who thrive when things are moving fast

* Full-time permanent opportunity based in Welshpool, WA
* Competitive salary package of $100K - $120K + Super
* Long-term career stability within a growing WA transport business
* Join a respected family-owned company with a highly experienced operations team
* Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture built on trust and industry expertise
Where Experience Counts

Cropline Group is a well-established family-owned transport business delivering specialised heavy vehicle logistics solutions across Western Australia. Operating across agriculture, mining, and dangerous goods transport, the business has built a strong reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and operational excellence in demanding environments where timing matters.

Based in Welshpool, with operations extending across regional WA, Cropline Group manages a large and active fleet that supports critical freight movements throughout the state. Following recent growth and expansion, the agricultural operations division is becoming increasingly busy — creating the need for another capable operations professional to join the team.

What sets Cropline Group apart is its people. With low staff turnover, long-standing employees, and a highly experienced operations team, the business offers an environment where transport professionals are trusted, supported, and valued for their operational knowledge.

The Role Behind The Operation

This is not a passive administration role hidden behind spreadsheets and emails.

This is a live transport operations role where every day brings moving parts, changing schedules, and real-time decision-making that directly impacts customers, drivers, freight movements, and operational performance across WA.

Working within the agricultural division, you'll help coordinate fleet scheduling and freight movements during some of the busiest periods of the year, including harvest, lime season, and large-scale regional freight operations.

Conditions can change quickly. Client priorities shift. Equipment availability changes. Weather impacts scheduling. Drivers need support. Customers need answers.

And when that happens, the operations team becomes the heartbeat of the business.

About The Role

Cropline Group is looking for someone who can step confidently into that environment — someone who can think critically, communicate clearly, and help keep operations running smoothly when pressure builds.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Coordinating live transport scheduling activities across the agricultural fleet
* Responding quickly to delays, operational changes, and shifting client requirements
* Managing high-volume communication with drivers, subcontractors, and customers throughout the day
* Monitoring fleet movements and tracking systems to maintain operational efficiency
* Supporting freight coordination across regional WA operations during peak seasonal periods
* Prioritising urgent operational issues and resolving scheduling conflicts in real time
* Maintaining accurate scheduling and operational records using Excel and transport systems
* Assisting with subcontractor coordination and fleet resource allocation
* Developing a strong understanding of road train combinations, transport equipment, and agricultural freight operations across WA
Who Will Succeed Here?

To be successful in this role, you will bring previous experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or fleet operations within a fast-moving operational environment.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

* Experience working within heavy vehicle transport or large fleet operations
* Strong scheduling, allocator, or dispatch coordination capability
* Exposure to agricultural logistics or seasonal freight operations
* Confidence managing high-volume operational communications
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving capability
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer literacy skills
* Experience using transport management or fleet tracking systems
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Agricultural transport experience will be highly regarded, though not essential for someone with strong transport operations capability.

Above all, this role will suit someone who takes pride in keeping operations moving and enjoys being part of a team that relies on each other to get the job done.

You're probably already working in transport operations, scheduling, dispatch, freight coordination, or logistics and you enjoy environments where responsiveness, communication, and decision-making genuinely matter.

You know how quickly transport operations can change. You can manage multiple priorities at once, stay calm under pressure, and confidently juggle drivers, schedules, customer requests, and operational demands throughout the day.

Most importantly, you enjoy the challenge.

More Than Just Another Transport Role

Cropline Group is offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 + Super, negotiable based on experience, along with a range of benefits including:

* Full-time permanent role based in Welshpool, WA
* Stable long-term opportunity within an expanding business
* Family-owned culture with exceptionally low staff turnover
* Highly experienced operations team with strong industry knowledge
* Diverse and engaging work where no two days are the same
* Exposure to large-scale agricultural and regional freight operations
* A workplace where operational experience is trusted and valued
* Supportive leadership team with practical industry expertise
* Strong team culture built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect
