We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administration Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to project managers, including producing professional reports, proposals, and tenders.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and efficient manner.

- Manage general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and purchasing.

- Assist in setting up and implementing administration processes and procedures.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in office administration is essential.
* Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to work flexibly and adapt to a changing environment.
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
* Tech savvy mentality, with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* A team player who can also operate autonomously.
