You will build strong relationships with customers, promote lubricant sales, and work closely with depot and sales managers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient outcomes across all areas of the business.A successful person in this role will have a natural drive for sales, with the confidence to engage customers and convert opportunities, while also possessing a strong operational mindset to manage logistics, stock control, and warehouse processes.
If you're someone who thrives on building customer relationships, enjoys the challenge of sales, and takes pride in delivering smooth, safe, and efficient operational outcomes, we want to hear from you.Tasks and Responsibilities:Provide professional customer service and manage customer orders including counter salesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunitiesPromote lubricant sales and support depot operationsManage stock accurately, including receipting, dispatching, and reporting variancesEnsure compliance with safety, financial, and company procedures, including end-of-month processesWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goalsWarehouse management dutiesDirect customer engagement, site visits and deliveriesYour skills and experience include:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or depot/warehouse operations (preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentComputer literacy, with experience using CRM systems or similarStrong attention to detail with good problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety and compliance proceduresTeam player with a proactive and positive attitudeForklift Licence (Preferred - Lowes can assist in obtaining if required)About UsLowes Petroleum Service was born in the heart of regional Australia, and while it is now one of the nation's most trusted fuel and lubricant suppliers, we have remained country at heart.
