About The Role
As a Community Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide individualised, evidence-based care to clients in both their homes and in our community clinic. This is a role rich in variety and impact—you'll form meaningful connections with community members while helping them achieve their health goals.
You'll be responsible for tasks such as wound assessment and management, service coordination, and collaborative care planning alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
You'll be supported every step of the way with:
* A thorough onboarding program delivered by the local team
* Ongoing guidance from the Health Service Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator
* Opportunities to develop strong client relationships and truly embed yourself in the community

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
