Kanda is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee our Children, Youth & Family Services programs across the Wide Bay Burnett and Gladstone area. As Regional Manager, you will hold accountability for the leadership, performance and quality of all programs across the region.
This full-time role is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis, with potential for extension, and can be based in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, or Gladstone.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and lead a dispersed team of 7 Case Managers, driving the delivery of critical services that improve the lives of vulnerable children, young people and families.

Your New Role
* Lead and manage the region including program compliance, financial management and proactive people management whilst maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
* Coordinate, review and monitor the outcomes of out of home care framework for all children, young people and families supported by Kanda
* Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and partnerships to support sustainable service delivery and positive outcomes for young people
* Build workforce capability to ensure a skilled, capable and motivated workforce to meet the future needs of children, youth and families
About You
* Demonstrated experience in children, youth & family services or similar sector at a senior operational or regional level
* Qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree) in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Social Work or a related discipline
* Proven capability leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, trauma-informed settings
* Sound understanding of compliance, risk management and governance within the sector
* Valid drivers licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
