We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Material and Logistics Supervisor to oversee the efficient management of materials and logistics activities at our mining operation on a 8/6 roster.
About the Role Oversee and mentor a dedicated material and logistics team Manage inventory control systems and optimize stock levels Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and process improvements Prepare reports and provide strategic insights About You Extensive experience in materials/logistics supervision, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector.
Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field will be an advantage Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
