ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Tony White Group, Ilawarra Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Sales Consultant to work alongside our Sales and Finance team, presenting vehicle protection products and accessories to customers at the point of delivery.
You will meet with customers after they have purchased their vehicle and guide them through optional protection and enhancement products, ensuring they leave confident in their purchase. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, is confident explaining value, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
* Presenting protection products, extended warranties and accessories
* Explaining product features and benefits in a clear, professional manner
* Working closely with Sales Consultants and Business Managers to ensure a smooth handover experience
* Managing delivery appointments and follow‐ups
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
* Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining compliance standards
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience from purchase to handover
