Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Reliability Engineer
who will play a pivotal role in driving reliability improvements across our mobile fleet and fixed plant assets. This senior position will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. You will partner with key stakeholders to minimise downtime, optimize asset performance and lead the development of advanced maintenance strategies.
This position is offered on an
8 days on / 6 days off FIFO from Perth.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Lead the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies across mobile and fixed plant assets.
* Provide expert analysis and reporting on equipment performance, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and reduce operational risk.
* Oversee predictive and condition-based maintenance programs, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
* Mentor and guide maintenance teams, offering technical leadership and support for complex reliability challenges.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability issues and align strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:
* Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 7+ years' experience in reliability engineering with significant exposure to both mobile and fixed plant (HME).
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic reliability programs in a dynamic operational environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in interpreting performance data and driving improvements.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Valid WA driver's licence.
