As a Patient and Carer Experience Officer, you?ll lead initiatives that place patients and carers at the heart of healthcare delivery. Your role will influence cultural change, improve governance, and ensure feedback drives continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient and carer experience
* Collaborate with patients, carers, and healthcare teams to co-design care
* Promote person-centred programs and evaluate their impact
* Educate staff on the value of consumer input in improving care
* Monitor and respond to feedback to drive quality improvement

* Demonstrated ability to implement high quality programs which will enhance the involvement of patients and carers in health and will consider the diversity of patient and carers
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across a range of differing tasks
* Demonstrated time management skills and capacity to successfully deliver outcomes within tight deadlines
