Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director/Manager and other staff members within the team.
* Develop effective administrative systems that will be necessary as the research unit grows.
* Liaise with senior members of South Western Sydney Local Health District, universities, and research stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
* Completion of a Certificate IV level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated high-level experience in Microsoft Office software, including excellent data entry and attention to detail.
* Experience in office management and administration skills, with ability to organise and prioritise work and complete tasks within tight timeframes.
