As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm welcomes and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage arrivals and departures of everyone visiting our hotel
* Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
* Setup and pack down of restaurant and bar areas as needed
* Communicate with housekeeping, reservations and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
* Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift
You will work in a team of local heroes dedicated to enhancing every guest's stay. With over 1 year of experience as a GSA in a hotel, you will have proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work under pressure. You will also need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
