About The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary. This role you will manage a specific section of the kitchen ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet our high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to recipe and standard.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section.
Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure smooth operations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
About You
Formal culinary qualification (highly desirable).
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Excellent knowledge of cooking methods ingredients and procedures.
Strong communication teamwork and organisational skills.
Passion for culinary excellence with creativity and a proactive growth-madent attitude.
