Lead Support Services Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Team Management: Lead the process of recruiting and selecting support workers who align with participants' individual needs, goals, and preferences.
* Team Coordination and Training: Train and coordinate teams to deliver personalised, high-quality support at home and in the community.
* Community Relationships and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, community groups, and health professionals to grow our presence and attract new participants.
