Lead Support Services Manager

A dedicated leader is required to oversee the delivery of high-quality support services.


Main Responsibilities:

* Recruitment and Team Management: Lead the process of recruiting and selecting support workers who align with participants' individual needs, goals, and preferences.
* Team Coordination and Training: Train and coordinate teams to deliver personalised, high-quality support at home and in the community.
* Community Relationships and Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, community groups, and health professionals to grow our presence and attract new participants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sector professional to join a passionate team. As Lead Support Services Manager, you will be instrumental in creating a positive environment for both participants and staff.
