A transitioning economy is leading to an influx of new residents, businesses, and employment opportunities that is seeing Maribyrnong fast becoming a sought after residential, recreation and social destination in Melbourne's inner-west.
The Opportunity
Our Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (MAC) Team is looking for an appropriately qualified and suitably experienced Centre Services Officers to work as part of our customer focused team. This role requires a welcoming can-do customer centric attitude to delivering a high quality recreational service to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a range of customer and member enquiries via telephone and face to face, providing solutions-based support;
Perform cash handling, membership, administrative, and frontline concierge duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 1 year relevant experience in a busy customer service environment; aquatic/recreation/sports/community centre experience preferred
Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
A current Level 2 (Senior) First Aid Certificate
A current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
A current Working with Children Check (Employment version)
