About Your New Role:
The role is based in Adelaide where you will resolve end-user problems according to incident priorities. This may include complex problem diagnosis, upgrading, equipment installation/moves changes, and configuration.
* Manage end-user expectations, service levels, and end-user asset security compliance.
* Help implement an effective technical change management strategy through practices across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in-scope end users for technology issues.
* Workstation hardware repairs, installations, configurations, peripheral support.
* Mobile device hardware support.
* Telephone handset replacement, repair, and assistance.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
* Good experience in Modern Workplace technologies.
* Five+ years of experience in Modern Workplace support in a similar-sized environment.
