The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and experienced ICT Solutions Manager to join our expanding team. In this dual-role position, responsibilities are split between 60% new business development and 40% account management. You will work with existing clients to deepen relationships and introduce new offerings, while also proactively prospecting and onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive new business through networking, cold calling, and responding to leads.
– Present, promote, and sell Tech Barn's suite of solutions, including:
– Managed IT services (helpdesk, support, monitoring, security)
– Telecommunication products and services as an Optus Business Dealer
– Unified communications, connectivity, and advanced networking solutions
– Manage and grow a client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
– Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to unique customer needs.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and telecommunications trends.
– Achieve sales and customer service KPIs.
About You:
– Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT or telecommunication sales/account management.
– Proven ability in both acquiring new business and managing existing client accounts.
– Strong understanding of managed IT, telecommunications, and networking solutions.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
– Previous experience as an Optus Business Dealer representative is highly regarded.
