About The Role
As an Assistant Boutique Manager at our QVB location, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the boutique. Supporting the Boutique Manager, you will drive sales, lead and inspire the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the luxurious standards L’Occitane is known for. You’ll also assist with employee management, inventory, and visual merchandising.
About You
* 1–2 years’ experience in a senior retail role, ideally in luxury beauty or premium brands
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for customer service and creating an exceptional brand experience
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
* KPI understanding and confidence in reporting and analysis
* A love for skincare and L’Occitane products; skincare or management experience a plus
