The Position
Working within the Delta FM team assisting with all day-to-day administration functions and service coordination of the facilities maintenance team.
First point of contact for all trades and enquiries
Processing of invoices, quotes and purchase orders
Assist the Facilities Administration Supervisor in administrative tasks
This role works on a rotating roster with shift times either being 6am-2pm or 10am-6pm.
The Person
Highly organised with good attention to detail, time management, you can work effectively with competing priorities
Great communication skills, you can communicate effectively both verbally and written
Administration and data entry experience
Experience within a trade administration role is highly desirable but not essential
Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases, including COVID vaccinations
